01 Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the Noor mobile application (the "Application"), created by Sidali Boumaraf (the "Service Provider") and offered as a free service, provided on an "as is" basis.

By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

02 Information we collect

The Application automatically collects certain information when you use it, including:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
• The screens you visit within the Application, and the time and date of each visit
• The amount of time spent using the Application
• The operating system running on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise location information from your device.

For a better experience, you may also be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your email address, so that the Service Provider can respond to you directly. Any information you provide is retained and used only as described in this policy.

03 How we use it

The Service Provider may use the information collected to contact you from time to time with important updates, required notices, and occasional marketing communications.

04 Third-party access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically shared with external services to help the Service Provider understand and improve the Application. This data cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

The Service Provider may otherwise disclose your information when:

• Required by law — for example, to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• Necessary, in good faith, to protect the Service Provider's rights, your safety, or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request
• Shared with trusted service providers who act on the Service Provider's behalf, have no independent use for the information, and have agreed to the terms of this policy

05 Your choices

You can stop all information collection by the Application at any time simply by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process for your device or app marketplace.

06 Data retention

User-provided data is retained for as long as you use the Application, and for a reasonable period afterward. If you would like your data deleted, contact the Service Provider at sidali.dev@gmail.com and your request will be handled within a reasonable time.

07 Children's privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under the age of 13, and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Children are encouraged never to submit personal information through the Application. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's use of the Application and to help enforce this policy.

08 Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of the information it processes and maintains.

09 Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time, for any reason. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
